What does ₹1,299/year include?
The BillDisha workspace and its included invoicing, client, inventory, expense, purchase, recurring billing, receipt, reporting and backup features for a one-year license. One computer is included by default. Online checkout will be added later.
Is BillDisha a website or an installed app?
The product website explains BillDisha. The billing application runs through a local service on your computer and opens in a browser-style workspace. It is not a cloud account that stores all your invoices on this website. Installation requirements are explained in the setup guide.
Can I use BillDisha without internet?
You need an internet connection for first activation and periodic license verification. After successful verification, a signed certificate allows up to seven days offline, capped by your license expiry. Connect again before the allowance ends.
Where are invoices and customer records stored?
Your business records are stored locally on the computer running BillDisha. License verification sends the license/device information required for activation; it does not send your invoices or customer records to the license service. Keep an independent backup.
Does it file GST or income-tax returns for me?
BillDisha helps prepare reports and supported calculations. It does not automatically file returns or replace professional review. Check the financial year shown in the application before using tax estimates, and verify data before filing through the relevant portal.
Can I move my license to another computer?
A license is bound to one computer by default. Contact the team to release the previous device before activating a replacement. Export your business records separately and import them on the new computer; a data backup does not transfer activation.
What happens when the annual license expires?
You need to renew and verify the license online to continue using the workspace. Expiry does not delete the local financial records. Export and keep backups routinely so business data is not dependent on a single installation.
Can I pay online today?
The annual price is ₹1,299. An online payment gateway is not connected yet. Use the support contact to discuss a license; the website will not ask you to enter card details into an unfinished checkout.
